Operating Templates collects the minimum data needed to operate the site, route Stripe checkout, verify payment, and deliver digital products.

Data processed

• Work email submitted at checkout.
• Email and AI approval form inputs submitted to the free generator.
• Stripe Checkout session and payment status metadata.
• Server logs created by the hosting provider.

Email delivery

When you request the free AI Tool Approval form, Resend processes your email address to deliver the file and the disclosed four-email implementation sequence over 14 days. Every message includes an unsubscribe link that cancels the remaining scheduled emails.

Payment data

Card and payment details are processed by Stripe. This app does not store card numbers.

Measurement

Google Ads and, when configured, Google Analytics receive measurement signals so we can tell which searches lead to purchases. For visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, advertising and analytics cookie storage and advertising user-data consent stay disabled. For visitors elsewhere, measurement cookies are enabled to attribute purchases to ads. Personalized advertising and remarketing are disabled for everyone. Purchase signals include a transaction identifier, product, amount, and currency; we do not include your email or payment card details. Google may process these signals outside Switzerland.
