Support and refunds

For delivery issues, duplicate payments, invoice questions, or product-access problems, contact support@operatingtemplates.com with the Stripe checkout email and product name.

Refund policy

Because products are digital downloads, refunds are reviewed case by case. Duplicate payments, failed delivery, or materially incorrect product access are eligible for review. Refund requests should be sent within 14 days with the checkout email, product name, and issue summary.

Template-use questions

Support can help with delivery, file access, and product contents. Support does not provide legal, HR, security, compliance, or regulatory advice about how a buyer should approve or enforce a policy.

Company buyers

For invoice details, tax information, or custom purchasing flow, use the same support contact before checkout.
